III. Logistics & After-Sales Support
1.   What is the logistics time for domestic orders?

2.   How to track logistics progress?

IV. Invoicing & Payment
1.   What types of invoices do you provide? What is the invoicing process?
We support special VAT invoices (13% tax rate) and ordinary VAT invoices. Invoicing information (company name, tax ID, address & phone, bank name & account) must be provided in the order;
Invoicing process: Invoices will be issued within 7 working days after the balance payment is received, and sent via courier or e-invoice to the customer's designated email.

2.   What payment methods are accepted?
(1) Domestic orders: Bank transfer (corporate account), Alipay, WeChat Pay; Monthly/quarterly settlement negotiable for long-term cooperative customers;
